About Molly

Bridging research and real-world care

Molly Barnhart is an experienced speech pathologist with over a decade of clinical and research experience supporting children and adults with communication and swallowing needs.

Her career spans leading health and research institutions, including the Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network, Royal Rehab, and the George Institute for Global Health. She’s worked across hospital, community, and private settings, supporting everyone from toddlers with developmental delays to adults with neurological conditions.

Molly also brings strong expertise in research and project delivery. She spent over nine years as a clinical researcher at Prince of Wales Hospital, focusing on survivorship support for people with head and neck cancer. More recently, she has held project and operations roles at The George Institute for Global Health, supporting workforce planning and managing large-scale health research initiatives.

Molly holds a PhD in swallowing support for people with Head and Neck Cancer and has presented her work at national and international conferences. Based in Sydney, she brings a calm, collaborative presence to every session, delivering high-quality, flexible, and client-centred care, grounded in the latest evidence and tailored to each person.
